基于CFD的不同环境温度下日光温室内部温度变化研究 被引量:7

摘要 日光温室需要适当进行通风除湿以维持室内适宜作物生长的环境。本研究在天津地区冬、春、夏3个季节不同环境温度条件下,对打开通风口时日光温室内部环境的温度进行CFD模拟研究。结果表明,冬季低温如-16.0℃情况下,通风除湿后温室内部温度快速下降,作物容易发生冻伤,建议少通风或不通风,或当气温上升至-9℃及以上且辐射良好的情况下进行通风除湿,且应注意通风时间;春季外界环境温度与温室内温度相差较小,通风除湿有利于作物生长,当温度较低如0.8℃且辐射良好的情况下,除通风口部位外,日光温室其他部位增温较快,而当温度较高如10.6℃但辐射较差的情况下,室内增温较慢;夏季高温和强辐射条件下,室内空气同时受通风口进入的热空气和温室顶部的辐射增温作用影响,温室内部温度上升较快,建议夏季不栽种作物或者种植耐热型作物。本研究结果为天津地区不同季节温室内环境优化调控提供参考。 Greenhouse needs to be properly ventilated and dehumidified to maintain a suitable environment for crops.The experiment was conducted under different ambient temperatures in winter,spring and summer in Tianjin,and the CFD simulation was carried out on the indoor environment temperature of greenhouse after ventilation.The results showed that after ventilation and dehumidification,,the greenhouse internal temperature decreased rapidly in winter at low temperature such as-16.0℃,and the crops were prone to frostbite,suggesting that we need little or no ventilation in this condition.When the temperature raised to-9℃and there was good radiation,we could start ventilation but the ventilation time should be paid attention to.In spring,there is a small difference between the temperature of external environment and inside the greenhouse,and the ventilation and dehumidification were conducive to the growth of crops.When the temperature was low such as 0.8℃,and the radiation was good,the temperature in the greenhouse increased quickly except the vent part;when the temperature was higher such as 10.6℃,but the radiation was poor,the greenhouse temperature increased slowly.Under the condition of relatively high temperature and strong radiation in summer,the greenhouse temperature rised rapidly under the influence of both the hot air from the vent and the radiation from the top of the greenhouse,suggesting that not no crops or heat-resistant crops should be planted in summer.The results of this experiment could provide reference for the optimization and regulation of greenhouse environment in different seasons in Tianjin.
