数控车床技术加工精度工艺优化

摘要 在制造企业中,数控车床技术是一种非常有效的加工技术,借助自动化智能化的数控系统,能够显著提高生产加工的效率以及产品的合格率,为企业带来巨大的经济效益。不过数控车床在加工过程中,加工的精度会受到很多因素的影响,容易产生误差,影响产品的加工质量。文章从影响数控车床技术加工精度的因素出发,就数控车床技术加工精度工艺优化对策进行了分析和讨论,希望能够将数控车床技术的优势最大限度的发挥出来。 In manufacturing enterprises, CNC lathe technology is an effective processing technology, with the aid of automated and intelligent CNC system, which can significantly improve the efficiency of production and processing, as well as the qualified rate of products, bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise. However, in the process of CNC Lathe, the accuracy of processing will be affected by many factors, prone to error, affect the quality of product processing. Based on the factors that affect the machining precision of CNC lathe, this paper analyzes and discusses the optimization countermeasures of the machining precision of CNC lathe, hoping to give full play to the advantages of CNC lathe technology.
