摘要
目的探讨辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择2018年8月-2019年2月在医院就诊的慢性心衰患者,根据纳入排除标准严格筛选后,根据其是否进行规范中药治疗纳入对照组及观察组,对照组进行常规西药治疗,观察组辨证分型联合西药治疗,评价两组疗效,检测心衰指标,记录心衰控制时间、不良反应,并加以比较分析。结果观察组心功能指标结果以及心衰控制时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭可提高疗效,缓解症状,且不增加不良反应,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods The patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from August 1,2018 to February 1,2019 were selected strictly according to the inclusion exclusion criteria,and were included into the control group and the observation group according to whether they were treated with standard Chinese medicine or not.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated,the index of heart failure was detected,the control time and adverse reactions of heart failure were recorded and compared.Results The results of heart function indexes and control time of heart failure in the control group were significantly better than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the curative effect,relieve the symptoms of patients,and do not increase the adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularizing.
