摘要
目的研究烟台地区3月份与9月份出生婴儿6月龄时血清25-(OH)D水平,比较维生素D营养状况有无差异,从而指导我国北方地区不同季节出生的婴儿合理补充维生素D。方法选取2018~2019年3月份、9月份出生至我院儿童保健门诊进行常规体检的6月龄婴儿420例,其中男婴214例,女婴206例,出生后即按时服用维生素D 400IU/d预防量,检测其血清25-(OH)D水平。结果维生素D不足共145例,总不足率34.5%.与3月份相比,9月份测得25-(OH)D水平较高(t=2.147,P<0.05)。3月份和9月份不足率差异无显著性(χ^2=2.422,P=0.120)。男婴和女婴25-(OH)D水平差异无显著性(t=0.624,P=0.533)。男婴和女婴不足率差异无显著性(χ^2=0.149,P=0.699)。结论本地区该年龄段的婴儿普遍存在维生素D不足。可通过常规查体监测25-(OH)D水平,考虑到潜在疾病、膳食、运动、光照等原因,适当增加维生素D的补充量。
Objective To study the serum 25-(OH)D level of infants born in March and September in Yantai at the age of 6 months,comparing the vitamin D nutritional status and guiding the reasonable vitamin D supplementation of infants born in different seasons in northern China.Methods Four hundred and twenty infants(male 214,female 206) of 6-month-old in our health clinic for routine medical check were selected,who were born in March or September in 2018 and 2019.All the infants were given 400 IU of Vitamin D per day after birth and the serum 25-(OH)D level were detected.Results One hundred and forty-five cases diagnosed with insufficient vitamin D,accounting for 34.5%.Compared with those infants born in with March,the 25-(OH)D level measured in September was higher(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in deficiency rate between March and September(P=0.120).And no significant difference of 25-(OH)D level between male and female infants was found(P=0.533).And also,the deficiency rate between male and female infants was not statistically different(P=0.699).Conclusion Vitamin D insufficiency is prevalent in infants in this age in Yantai.The serum 25-(OH)D level can be monitored through regular blood test.Considering the potential diseases,diet,exercise,light et al,it is appropriate to increase the vitamin D supplementation for infants.
