摘要
目的探究老年胆结石患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床疗效与对患者VAS评分的影响。方法该次研究对象选自该院2016年1月—2019年12月接收的80例老年胆结石患者,以单双号法分组,接受传统开腹手术患者为对照组(40例),接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为观察组(40例),使用视觉(VAS)量表评估患者疼痛情况,对比患者手术治疗差异与其对患者VAS评分的影响。结果观察组患者操作时间(51.6±11.3)min、术中出血量(52.6±14.3)mL、排气时间(31.8±5.6)h、住院时间(5.1±1.9)d、术后疼痛(VAS)评分(2.9±1.0)分均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.410、15.350、15.970、7.146、9.640,P<0.05);观察组患者治愈、显效及好转共39例,治疗总有效率97.5%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.114,P<0.05)。结论胆结石患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,具有较为显著的疗效,由于患者术中创伤较小,术后恢复速度快,相比于传统开腹手术,患者的疼痛更轻,从一定程度上缓解了患者的痛感。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with gallstones and its effect on the VAS score.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 80 elderly patients with gallstones received in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2019.They were grouped by the odd and even number method.The patients who underwent traditional open surgery served as the control group(40 cases)and received laparoscopy.The patients undergoing cholecystectomy were in the observation group(40 cases).The visual acuity(VAS)scale was used to evaluate the pain of the patients,and the differences in surgical treatment of the patients were compared with their effects on the VAS scores.Results In the observation group,operation time(51.6±11.3)min,intraoperative blood loss(52.6±14.3)mL,exhaust time(31.8±5.6)h,hospital stay(5.1±1.9)d,postoperative pain(VAS)score(2.9±1.0)points were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.410,15.350,15.970,7.146,9.640,P<0.05)After treatment,39 patients in the observation group were cured,markedly effective and improved.The total effective rate was 97.5%,which was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with gallstones has a significant curative effect.Due to the less trauma during the operation,the postoperative recovery speed is faster.Compared with traditional open surgery,the pain of patients is lighter,to a certain extent.It relieves the pain of patients.
