摘要
军队医院离退休干部工作正处于新旧体制转换期,面临"一高三难四突出"矛盾困境与挑战。文章深入学习贯彻国家重要指示,着眼新体制新职能新使命,重点围绕把现实矛盾问题解决好、把日常服务保障好、把政策制度完善好,从"管理链"中思想教育、移交安置、作风纪律、服务保障等四个管理视角,探讨提出建设性对策举措,最大限度满足离退休干部对美好晚年生活的向往,不断增强离退休干部归属感幸福感获得感。
The work of veteran cadres in military hospitals is undergoing a period of transition from the old system to the new one,facing the dilemma of"one high,three difficult,and four outstanding problems".This paper thoroughly studied and implemented President Xi’s important instructions,focusing on the new system,new functions and new missions,focusing on resolving practical contradictions,ensuring the daily service,and improving policies and systems.From the four management perspectives of ideological education,transfer and resettlement,work style and discipline,and service guarantee in the"management chain",this paper explored constructive countermeasures to meet the veteran cadres’yearning for a better life in their later years to the maximum extent,and constantly enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of the old cadres.
