摘要
目的对中国医院知识总库(CHKD)中收录的我国有关医院学科建设的相关文献进行计量学分析,从文献角度了解国内医院学科建设的总体概况,为医院开展学科内涵建设工作提供思路。方法对数据库中收录的686篇文献,从发表年度、文献来源、文献作者、作者机构、被引频次、下载频次、关键词7个维度进行分析。结果有关医院学科建设的文献可追溯到1988年,平均每年发文约25篇。发表刊物共计206种,平均每种期刊载文3.3篇。发文量最多的是南京军区总医院的易学明,多达7篇。29个行政区的单位有学科建设领域相关产出。关键词聚类分析提炼出7个研究热点。结论医院学科建设领域暂未形成稳定的核心作者群和研究团队,虽有核心期刊但高质量期刊较少,而且地区分布不太均衡。各级医院都意识到学科建设对医院发展的重要性,取得一定成果,但如何高效开展学科建设仍值得关注和探索。
Objective To make a bibliometric analysis of the related literature about the hospital discipline construction included in the CHKD,and to understand the general situation of discipline construction from the perspective of literature and provide ideas for other hospitals.Methods 686 documents included in the database were analyzed from seven dimensions:publication year,literature source,literature author,author organization,cited frequency,download frequency and key words.Results The earliest literature could be traced back to 1988,with an average of 24 papers publishedd each year.The literature had a total of 206 publications,with an average of 3.3 articles per journal.The authors with the most papers was Yi Xueming of Nanjing Military General Hospital who published up to 7 papers.29 provinces had outputs related to discipline construction.Seven research hotspots were extracted from keyword cluster analysis.Conclusion There is no stable core author group.Although there are core journals,there are few high-quality journals,and the regional distribution is not balanced.Hospitals at all levels are aware of the importance of discipline construction to the development of hospitals and have made some achievements,but how to carry out discipline construction efficiently is still worthy of attention and exploration.
