摘要
目的观察舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在腰腹部吸脂术中的麻醉效果,探讨适合腰腹部吸脂术的麻醉方式。方法选择2018年1月~2020年6月于我院行腰腹部吸脂术患者为研究对象。其中观察组30例患者给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉。对照组30例患者给予硬膜外麻醉。观察两组患者的镇痛效果及麻醉相关不良反应。结果观察组镇痛效果为优90.0%(27/30),良10.0%(3/30),无差案例;优于对照组优56.7%(17/30),良40.0%(12/30),差6.7%(2/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生恶心呕吐6.7%(2/30),呼吸抑制3.3%(1/30),心动过缓3.3%(1/30)、术后躁动3.3%(1/30),术后疼痛3.3%(1/30)。对照组发生恶心呕吐13.3%(4/30),呼吸抑制6.7%(2/30),术后躁动6.7%(2/30),术后疼痛36.7%(11/30)。观察组术后疼痛发生率低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者其他并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腰腹部吸脂术中采用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉可获得较高的镇痛效果,且具有术后持续镇痛效应。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of sufentanil combined with propofol in lumbar and abdominal liposuction,and to explore the suitable anesthesia method for lumbar and abdominal liposuction.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020 in our hospital for lumbar and abdominal liposuction patients as the research object.30 patients in the observation group were given sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia.The control group was given epidural anesthesia.The analgesic effect and anesthesia related adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),good 10.0%(3/30),no poor cases;better than the control group,excellent 56.7%(17/30),good 40.0%(12/30),poor 6.7%(2/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,nausea and vomiting 6.7%(2/30),respiratory depression 3.3%(1/30),bradycardia 3.3%(1/30),postoperative agitation 3.3%(1/30),postoperative pain 3.3%(1/30).In the control group,nausea and vomiting 13.3%(4/30),respiratory depression 6.7%(2/30),postoperative agitation 6.7%(2/30),postoperative pain 36.7%(11/30).The incidence of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia can obtain high analgesic effect in lumbar and abdominal liposuction,and has continuous analgesic effect after operation.
