摘要
目的研究提上睑肌组织瓣缩短治疗先天性上睑下垂手术疗效。方法以回顾性分析方法,将我院37例(45眼)先天性上睑下垂病患分成两组,研究组20例(23眼)和对照组17例(22眼),研究组接受提上睑肌组织瓣缩短治疗,对照组接受额肌瓣悬吊术治疗,比较治疗结果差异。结果使用提上睑肌组织瓣缩短手术治疗方法的观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的63.64%,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率显示,研究组为8.70%,低于对照组的31.82%,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论提上睑肌组织瓣缩短手术是治疗先天性上睑下垂病症的有效手段,与常规治疗方法相比,具有更满意的治疗效果,且并发症发生率更低,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of levator muscle flap shortening in the treatment of congenital ptosis.Methods 37 patients(45 eyes)with congenital ptosis in our hospital were divided into two groups by retrospective analysis,including 20 patients(23 eyes)in study group and 17 patients(22 eyes)in control group.The treatment group received shortening treatment of levator palpebrae superioris tissue flap,while the control group received suspension treatment of frontal muscle flap.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 91.30%,higher than that of the control group(63.64%),with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was 8.70%in the study group,lower than 31.82%in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Levator palpebrae superioris muscle flap shortening operation is an effective method for the treatment of congenital ptosis.Compared with conventional treatment,it has more satisfactory therapeutic effect and lower complication rate,and has clinical popularization value.
