摘要
为了高效收集管理蕴含着丰富经验和知识的电子文档,本文结合本单位在职称和技术岗位评定过程中的量化考核要求,提出建立量化考核驱动的信息共享系统,在实现科研论文、知识条目、知识产权等数据信息集中管理的同时,能够根据量化标准为各个技术人员自动完成分值评定。系统运行的结果表明,以管理带动技术人员在信息共享过程中的积极性,以系统支撑信息的管理和共享,能够有效提高数据信息的收集和共享效率。
In order to efficiently collect and manage electronic documents with experience and knowledge,this paper proposes to establish a quantitative assessment-driven information sharing system.The system combined with the quantitative assessment requirements in the process of evaluating professional titles and technical posts.At the same time,it can automatically complete the score evaluation for each technician according to the quantification standard,which can also realize the centralized management of data information such as scientific research papers,knowledge items,intellectual property rights and etc..The results of the system operation show that management drives the enthusiasm of technicians in the process of information sharing,and the system supports the management and sharing of information,which can significantly improve the efficiency of data collection and sharing.
