摘要
目的深入了解和探讨COVID-19患者的心理体验,为后续COVID-19患者的心理干预提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,抽查深圳市第三人民医院COVID-19患者15例采用半结构式深入访谈,用现象学分析法分析其真实的内心感受和体验。结果对COVID-19患者内心感受主要提取4项主题:恐惧、悲伤、内疚和自责心理;需要帮助;疾病知识缺乏;需要自信。结论根据对4个主题进行的分析,为患者因疾病产生的心理问题提出心理干预建议,可以更好地为患者实施心理护理,减轻患者因疾病造成的心理伤害。
Objective To explore the psychological experience of patients with COVID-19 so as to provide references for the psychological interventions. Methods The phenomenological approach of the qualitative research and semistructured interviews were applied in the survey among 15 patients with COVID-19 randomly in Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital,with their true feelings and experience analyzed by interpretative phenomenological analysis. Results As for the psychological feelings,four main themes were abstracted: feelings of guilt,grief,fear and self-accusation;need for help;a lack of disease knowledge;lack of confidence. Conclusion Based on the analysis of the four themes,the medical staff can provide psychological interventions for COVID-19 patients,providing better mental care and reducing their psychological harm.
