摘要
目的研究不同方法对汽化过氧化氢残留的去除效果。方法采用某数据记录仪自动测定方法,对自然降解、自然通风、二氧化锰循环过滤和过氧化氢酶喷雾分解等4种方法去除汽化过氧化氢的消毒过程中残留效果进行比较观察。结果在体积为100 m^3的密闭空间内启动某汽化过氧化氢发生器,以5.0 g/min输入量,全过程为维持和消毒阶段计60 min+80 min。空气中过氧化氢浓度峰值从329~354 mg/m^3下降至1.5 mg/m^3为止。结果显示,平均总耗时依次为过氧化氢酶解法14.3 min、自然通风法98 min、二氧化锰分解过滤法162.7 min和自然降解法1290 min。结论本研究4种去残留方法中,以过氧化氢酶解法最快,但成本高;自然通风法排残速度居第二位,操作简便且价廉。
Objective To study the effect of different methods on the removal of vaporized hydrogen peroxide residue.Methods Using a certain data logger automatic measurement method to compare and observe the four methods of natural degradation method,natural ventilation,manganese dioxide circulating filtration and catalase spray decomposition which removed the vaporized hydrogen peroxide residue after the disinfection process.Results A vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator was started in a closed space with a volume of 100 m^3,with an input amount of 5.0 g/min,and the whole process was respectively the maintenance and disinfection phase for 60 min+80 min.The concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the air decreased from the peak concentration of 329~345 mg/m^3 to to 1.5 mg/m^3.The results showed that the average total time was 14.3 min for catalase decomposition,98 min for natural ventilation,162.7 min for manganese dioxide decomposition and filtration,and 1290 min for natural degradation.Conclusion Among the four residue removal methods in this study,the catalase decomposition method is the fastest,but the cost is high;the natural ventilation method ranks second in the rate of residue removal,easy to operate and inexpensive.
