摘要
目的:临床观察肿瘤化疗患者使用温阳敛汗散敷脐治疗多汗症的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月成都中医药大学附属医院就诊的150例化疗后合并多汗症肿瘤患者,随机分为实验组、对照组,各75例。实验组予以温阳敛汗散贴敷神阙穴,对照组予以安慰剂敷脐治疗。采用多汗症疾病严重程度量表(HDSS)评定患者用药前后的出汗程度。结果:实验组用药前1~2分比例约34.7%(26/75),3~4分比例约65.3%(49/75);治疗后1~2分比例为80.0%(60/75),3~4分比例为20.0%(15/75);实验组治疗前后出汗程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组用药前1~2分比例为36.0%(27/75),3~4分比例为64.0%(48/75);治疗后1~2分比例为44.0%(33/75),3~4分比例为56.0%(42/75);对照组治疗前后出汗程度比较,差异无统计学意义;实验组用药后与对照组出汗程度比较,3~4分患者比例显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:温阳敛汗散敷脐对肿瘤化疗患者多汗症治疗具有良好临床效果;该治疗方法操作方便,患者耐受性强,依从性高,易于在临床广泛开展。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of hyperhidrosis with Wenyang Lianhan Powder applied to umbilicus in tumor chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 150 patients with hyperhidrosis tumor after chemotherapy from Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from January,2018 to January,2019 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.There were 75 cases in each group.And experimental group was given Wenyang Lianhan Powder,the control group was given a placebo umbilical application treatment.Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale(HDSS)was used to assess the degree of sweating before and after medication.Results:Before medication,the proportion of 1~2 points in the experimental group was about 34.7%(26/75),while the proportion of 3~4 points was about 65.3%(49/75).After treatment,the proportion of 1~2 points in the experimental group was 80.0%(60/75),and the proportion of 3~4 points in the experimental group was 20.0%(15/75).There was a statistical difference in the degree of sweating before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.01).Before medication,the proportion of 1~2 points in the control group was 36.0%(27/75),and the proportion of 3~4 points in the control group was 64.0%(48/75).After treatment,the proportion of 1~2 points in the control group was 44.0%(33/75),and the proportion of 3~4 points in the control group was 56.0%(42/75).There was no significant difference in the degree of sweating before and after treatment in the control group.After the treatment,compared with the placebo group,the proportion of patients with 3~4 points decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of Wenyang Lianhan Powder to umbilicus has a good clinical effect on hyperhidrosis in patients with tumor chemotherapy,which is easy to operate,strong patient tolerance,high compliance,easy to be widely carried out in clinic.
