摘要
目的:建立板蓝根标准汤剂质量评价标准,为板蓝根标准汤剂的研究提供参考。方法:以不同产地的13批板蓝根饮片为样品,制备板蓝根标准汤剂,考察表告依春转移率、出膏率和pH值,确定主要工艺参数,建立板蓝根标准汤剂指纹图谱分析方法,并对其指纹图谱的共有峰进行指认。结果:13批板蓝根饮片标准汤剂指纹图谱相似度均>0.8,确定共有峰7个,指认4个为尿苷、腺苷、鸟苷、表告依春,板蓝根标准汤剂出膏率范围为29.5%~40.8%,平均出膏率为36.3%,RSD值为8.6%;表告依春转移率范围为55.0%~75.0%,平均转移率为(61.3±6.0)%,RSD值为9.7%;pH值范围为4.4~5.6,平均pH值为5.1,RSD值为5.9%;所得标准汤剂中表告依春含量范围为0.022%~0.039%。结论:本研究建立的板蓝根标准汤剂质量标准体系稳定可靠,可为其他标准汤剂的研究提供参考。
Objective:To establish the quality evaluation standard of Isatidis Radix standard decoction,and provide reference for the study of Isatidis Radix standard decoction.Methods:A total of 13 batches of Isatidis Radix pieces from different origins were used as a sample to prepare the Isatidis Radix standard decoction.The Epigoitrin transfer rate,the dry extract rate and the pH value were investigated,and the main process parameters were determined.The fingerprint analysis method of the Isatidis Radix standard decoction was established,and the common peaks of its fingerprint were identified.Results:The fingerprint similarity of 13 batches of Isatidis Radix pieces was greater than 0.8,7 peaks were identified,4 were identified,and the standard dry extract rate of Isatidis Radix decoction was 29.5%~40.8%.The average dry extract rate was 36.3%,and RSD was 8.6%.It was stated that the Epigoitrin transfer rate ranges from 55.0%to 75.0%,the average transfer rate was(61.3±6.0)%,and the RSD was 9.7%.The pH range was 4.4~5.6,the average pH was 5.1,and the RSD was 5.9%.The Epigoitrin contents of the standard decoction were in the range of 0.022%~0.039%.Conclusion:The quality standard system of Isatidis Radix standard decoction established in this study is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for the study of other standard decoctions.
