摘要
文章介绍姜良铎教授从状态论治肺结节病经验。肺结节病是非干酪样坏死性肉芽肿性疾病,目前其病因及发病机制尚不清楚,西医尚无根治性治疗方法,目前以糖皮质激素治疗为主,但有较多的不良反应及较高的复发率。姜良铎教授从状态论治,疏利三焦,消补兼施,取得较好的临床效果。举病案1则,以供探讨。
This article briefly analysed professor JIANG Liang-duo’s experience in treating pulmonary nodule from the perspective of state theory.Pulmonary nodule is a non-caseating necrotizing granulomatous disease.At present,its etiology and pathogenesis are unclear,and western medicine has no curative treatment.Glucocorticoid therapy is the main treatment,but there are more side effects and higher recurrence rate.Professor JIANG Liang-duo gets good clinical effect by clearing Sanjiao and reinforcement and elimination in combination from the state theory.This paper gave a medical case for discussion.
