绝经后骨质疏松症肾虚证与骨髓基质干细胞分化失衡内在联系的探微 被引量:13

Exploration on internal relations of postmenopausal osteoporosis kidney deficiency syndrome and imbalance of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells differentiation

摘要 肾藏精主骨生髓,髓居骨内以养骨,肾虚髓亏,骨髓生化乏源,则骨髓基质干细胞分化失衡,是绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)骨痿的病理基础。骨免疫失衡,引起血清中miRNA差异表达,在骨髓基质干细胞成骨-成脂分化过程中发挥重要调控作用,提示miRNA调控骨髓基质干细胞分化失衡可能是PMOP肾虚证的物质基础。因此,文章借鉴现代分子生物学技术,初步探讨miRNA调控骨髓基质干细胞分化失衡在肾虚证形成过程中作用,旨在探索PMOP肾虚证微观层次的诊断依据,从而丰富肾主骨的科学内涵。 Kidney is in charge of storing essence and bone by producing the intramedullary bone marrow to nourish the bone and maintain the proper functioning of bone.The bone marrow reduction due to the marrow insufficiency and kidney deficiency lead to the imbalance of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)differentiation,which is the pathological basis of gu-wei of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).The bone immune imbalance cause of the miRNA differential expression in the serum controls the osteogenetic and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs,indicating that the miRNA regulating the imbalance of BMSCs differentiation may be the molecular material basis of the PMOP kidney-yang deficiency.Therefore,it reveals the molecular material basis of the PMOP kidney deficiency that is the miRNA regulating the imbalance of BMSCs differentiation by drawing on the experience of modern molecular biology techniques.It provides an experimental basis for exploring the diagnostic basis of the PMOP kidney deficiency at the micro levels and enriching the scientific connotation of the kidney governing bones.
