丹参素对银屑病小鼠皮损Yes相关蛋白的影响 被引量:7

Effects of tanshinol on Yes-associated protein in lesion of psoriatic mice

摘要 目的:观察丹参素对银屑病小鼠皮损中Yes相关蛋白(YAP)表达影响。方法:用外用咪喹莫特的方式建立银屑病鼠模型,予以不同浓度丹参素(20、40、80mg·kg^-1·d^-1)进行灌胃处理,7d后观察鼠皮损的大体及组织病理情况,免疫组化及Western blot检测鼠皮损中YAP的表达。结果:模型组小鼠皮肤增厚,出现红斑鳞屑,予以丹参素灌胃后可见皮损逐渐变薄、鳞屑减少。模型组小鼠YAP的表达增加(P<0.01),丹参素灌胃后其表达下降,并且这一下降趋势随着丹参素浓度的增加而增大。结论:丹参素可能通过影响YAP的表达进而抑制了银屑病皮损进展。 Objective:To observe the effects of tanshinol on Yes-associated protein in lesion of psoriatic mice.Methods:The mouse model of psoriasis was established by external imiquimod.Tanshinol(20,40,80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)was administered by gavage.After 7 days,the general and histopathological changes of the lesions were observed.The expression of YAP in the lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results:In imiquimod group,the skin became thicker and erythematous scales appeared.After administration of tanshinol,the skin lesion became thinner and the scales decreased.After administration of imiquimod,the expression of YAP increased(P<0.01),but decreased after the use of tanshinol,and the decreasing trend increased with the increase of tanshinol concentration.Conclusion:Tanshinol may inhibit the progress of psoriasis by affecting the expression of YAP.
