摘要
基于临床实践,结合现代医学对特发性膜性肾病发病过程的认识,通过阐述中医对特发性膜性肾病发病在遗传易感性、发病初始阶段靶抗原、机体免疫功能紊乱、外在因素影响方面的认识,明确提出"正气亏虚、风邪犯肾"为特发性膜性肾病的基本病机。由此确定了"扶正祛风"为主的治法,药选生黄芪、怀牛膝、穿山龙、豨莶草等组成治疗特发性膜性肾病的基础方,为临床治疗特发性膜性肾病及其他自身免疫性疾病提供可靠思路。
Based on the clinical practice,combining the new understanding of the pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in modern medical,through explaining the understanding on the genetic susceptibility,target antigen at the initial stage,immune dysfunction and the influence of external factors in IMN,the theory of the pathogenesis of IMN in traditional Chinese medicine:‘deficiency of the vital-qi and wind pathogen invading kidney’was put forward.Thereby,the basic prescription of IMN is proposed,which is mainly composed of Astragali Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Dioscoreae Nipponicae Rhizoma and Siegesbeckiae Herba.It provides a reliable idea for clinical treatment of IMN and other autoimmune diseases.
