摘要
中职的烹饪专业教育属于近些年相对火热的专业,同时也是对于学生职业核心意识、职业核心精神以及能力要求相对较高的专业,职业核心属于一个学生是否可以适应社会岗位的基础要求。对此,在教育中教师需要有意识地关注学生职业核心能力的培养,在教育理念、方法以及手段等多方面进行改进。对此,该文简要分析中职烹饪高水平现代化实训基地建设实践,希望可以为其他教师提供帮助。
The culinary education in secondary vocational schools is a relatively hot major in recent years,and it is also a major with relatively high requirements for students’professional core consciousness,professional core spirit and ability.The professional core is the basic requirement of whether a student can adapt to social posts.In this regard,in education,teachers need to pay attention to the cultivation of students’professional core competence,and improve the professional core in many aspects,such as educational ideas,methods and means.In this regard,this paper briefly analyzes the construction practice of high-level modern cooking training base in secondary vocational schools,hoping to provide help for other teachers.
