摘要
基于广东残疾人体育的基本现状及存在问题,分析了制约广东省残疾人体育开展的不利因素,提出了全面建成小康社会进程中残疾人体育社会保障与服务体系的具体措施,为残疾人的身心健康提供更多的保障,对促进残疾人平等参与、促进社会公平正义,增进社会主义和谐在共建共享中享有更多的获得感,使残疾人同正常人一道向着更高社会水平的小康社会迈进,具有非常重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of disabled sports in Guangdong Province.Based on the analysis of the main adverse factors restricting the development of disabled people’s sports in Guangdong province,this paper puts forward the concrete measures of disabled sports social security and service system in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,so as to provide more security for disabled people’s physical and mental health,to promote the equal participation of the disabled,promote social equity and justice,promote socialist harmony in the co-construction and sharing of more sense of gain,and to make the disabled,together with the normal people,move towards a better off society at a higher level.
