摘要
采办工作的内容较为复杂,并且不同工程项目针对采办也有各自的需求,采办部门需要结合各项目内容进行供应商管理。论文论述了海洋石油项目的采办方式和特征,总结了基于战略采购的海洋石油工程建设项目服务采办供应商管理方式,以供参考。
The content of procurement work is relatively complex,and different engineering projects have their own requirements for procurement,so the procurement department needs tomake suppliermanagement based on the content of each project.This paper discusses the acquisition mode and characteristics of offshore oil projects and summarizes themanagement mode of service acquisition suppliers of offshore oil construction projects based on strategic procurement for reference.
