摘要
采用自主研发的发泡剂,研究了水灰比、细骨料、憎水剂、泡沫密度4个关键因素对制备A07泡沫混凝土性能的影响。在此基础上制备泡沫混凝土复合节能外墙板,养护成型后进行抗冲击、抗弯破坏载荷、抗风荷载等试验。结果表明:水灰比为0.45、细砂用量67 kg/m3、憎水剂加量0.4%、泡沫密度为40~60 kg/m3时,泡沫混凝土密度为A07,强度达到C5以上,且以该泡沫混凝土制备的复合节能外墙板性能符合JG/T 169—2016《建筑隔墙用轻质条板通用技术要求》等相关标准,具备轻质、保温、隔热、防火、隔声等功能。
In this paper,the effects of water-cement ratio,fine aggregate,water repellent and foam density on the properties of A07 foam concrete were investigated by using self-developed foaming agent.On this basis,the foamed concrete composite energy-saving exterior wallboard was prepared,and the tests of impact resistance,bending failure load and wind load were carried out after curing.The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.45,the amount of fine sand is 67 kg/m3,the amount of water-repellent agent is 0.4%,and the foam density is 40~60 kg/m3,the bulk density of foamed concrete is A07 and the strength reaches above C5.Energy-saving exterior wall panels meet JG/T 169—2016"General technical requirements of lightweight panel used for building partitiom"and other related standards and are lightweight,thermal-insulating,heat-isolating,fire-proof,and sound-proof.
