摘要
目的探讨综合康复治疗对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2019年1至2019年6月在本科住院的精神分裂症患者50例,在给予抗精神病药物治疗的同时对其进行6个月的综合康复治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后6个月采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定患者精神症状及威斯康辛卡片分类测试(WCST)评估患者的认知功能。结果治疗6个月后,患者PANSS总分、阴性症状评分降低,分类数、正确数得分增加,总错误数、持续错误数、随机错误数得分降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗可改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和认知功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:50 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in our department from January to June in 2019 were treated with antipsychotics and comprehensive rehabilitation for six months.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and the Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)were used to evaluate the mental symptoms and cognitive function of the patients before and 6 months after treatment.Results:After 6 months treatment,the total score of PANSS,the score of negative symptom,the number of classification,the score of correct number,the number of total errors,the number of persistent errors and the number of random errors were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the negative symptoms and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.
