摘要
目的探讨阿加曲班联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法选择2018年4月至2020年4月江苏省邳州市中医院神经内科收治的68例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分成联合组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,联合组患者用阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿加曲班治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组患者的NIHSS、MRS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论急性脑梗死患者应用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗可取得显著疗效,有效提升了患者神经功能和生活能力,且治疗安全性较高,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of argatroban combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:68 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology,Pizhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the combination group and the control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets,and the combination group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets combined with argatroban.Results:The NIHSS and Mrs scores of the combined group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The application of argatroban combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can achieve significant curative effect,effectively improve the neurological function and living ability of patients,and the treatment safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
