摘要
黄褐斑是好发于中青年女性面部的一种损容性疾病,临床治疗困难。以激光为主的光治疗技术是黄褐斑治疗的重要手段之一,但技术设备种类繁多,临床疗效差异较大,笔者就近年来黄褐斑光治疗主要包括:强脉冲光、Q开关激光、点阵激光、皮秒激光、脉冲染料激光、激光辅助药物透皮疗法等临床研究进展做一综述,。
Melasma is a disfiguring disease that primarily affects young and middle-aged female patients.Light-based therapy is one of the important means to treat melasma,but there are many kinds of equipment to choose,and the treatment effects are quite different.In this paper,the clinical research progress of light-based therapy for melasma in recent years is reviewed,including intense pulsed light,Q-switched laser,fractional laser,picosecond laser,pulsed dye laser,laser assisted drug transdermal therapy,etc.
