摘要
高职教育属于我国教育体系中重要的组成部分,其也为我国培养了社会发展所需要的专业型人才,但是,目前随着时代的不断发展和进步,我国逐渐对人才的要求也在不断提升,不仅要求人才具备比较高的专业水平,还要人才拥有良好的道德素养。因此,在这样的发展形势下,我国5年高职教育在培养人才的时候,应该需要重视学生的道德素质培养,要尽力将学生培养成为德、智、体、美全面性发展的人才,从而促进我国的不断发展和进步。目前,五年制高职德育工作教学依旧存在比较多的问题,作为新时代下的一名高职班主任,要意识到自己在教学过程中的不足之处,改进自己的教学方式,更新教学理念,提高德育工作的教学效果,有效提升学生的道德水平。
Higher vocational education is an important part of China’s education system,and it also cultivates professional talents needed by social development.However,with the continuous development and progress of the times,China’s requirements for talents are constantly improving,which not only requires talents to have relatively high professional level,but also has good moral quality.Therefore,in this form of development,the five-year higher vocational education in our country should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ moral quality,and try our best to cultivate students into talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty,so as to promote the continuous development and progress of our country.At present,there are still many problems in German teaching in five-year higher vocational colleges.As a teacher in charge of a higher vocational college in the new era,he should be aware of his shortcomings in the teaching process,improve his teaching methods,update his teaching philosophy,improve the teaching effect of moral education,and effectively improve the moral level of students.
