摘要 江汉油田社会职能分离移交项目管理存在点多、面广、工期紧,专业多、战线长、涵盖广,以及费用控制难度大等问题。在移交过程中,通过抓好方案论证、综合评标、全过程管理、结算等关键节点,如期完成移交工作,使得移交改造工程结算与投资相比节约15.33%,为其他分离移交项目提供参考。 There are many challenges in the project management of split and transfer of enterprises burdened with social responsibilities in Jianghan oilfield,such as multiple locations,large area,tight construction period,multi-discipline,many construction sites,wide coverage,and difficult cost control.The transfer is completed on schedule by focusing on the key nodes,such as project demonstration,comprehensive evaluation of bid,entire process management and settlement,which lead to saving 15.33%expense in comparison of the settlement with the investment of the transfer and renovation project,thus creating a clean and tidy environment for the residents of the oil city and providing reference for other transfer projects.
