摘要
大范围的过热工况下,研究了温度、环境压力和过热度对喷射流量的影响。结合对闪沸喷雾和光学喷嘴内部过热流动的研究,给出了喷射流量的变化规律,在非过热工况下,流量保持不变;在过热工况下,流量和当量流通截面积随过热度和温度的升高而降低。在所研究的范围内,质量流量和当量流通截面积的降低分别小于12%和9%。
In this work,we investigate the impacts of fuel temperature,ambient pressure,and superheat index on the injection mass flow rates over a wide range of superheat indices.Combining existing research on the non-intrusive studies of the flash boiling internal flows,the various mechanisms of the injection mass flow rate is illustrated.Under subcooled conditions,the mass flow rate is unchanged;and under flash boiling conditions,the flow rate and the equivalent flow area are reduced as the fuel temperature and the superheat degree increase.Within the range of research,the mass flow rate and the equivalent flow area reduce by 12%and 9%,which is acceptable for practical application purposes.
