摘要
目的:探讨家庭康复训练对老年(年龄≥60岁)首次行髋关节置换术后出院患者近期髋关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法:按简单随机化法将2017年1月至2018年3月期间86例在我科首次行髋关节置换术后出院患者进行分组,对照组43例给予常规出院指导,观察组43例增加家庭康复训练指导,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价、髋关节Harris评分及采用健康状况调查简表(SF-36)分别评价2组出院患者1个月末、2个月末和3个月末疼痛程度、髋关节功能及生活质量情况。结果:出院后1个月末、2个月末、3个月末,观察组疼痛(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),髋关节功能(Harris)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院时和出院3个月末生活质量(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复训练方法能够降低老年首次行髋关节置换术后出院患者近期疼痛程度,改善髋关节功能及提高生活质量,值得临床对家庭康复方案继续探讨。
Objective:To explore the effect of home rehabilitation training on hip joint function and quality of life in elderly patients(aged≥60 years)who were discharged after the first hip replacement.Methods:According to the simple randomization method,86 patients who were discharged from our department for the first time after hip replacement from January 2017 to March 2018 were grouped.43 patients in the control group were given routine discharge guidance,and 43 patients in the observation group were added families rehabilitation training guidance.The visual analog scale(VAS)evaluation,hip joint Harris score,and health status questionnaire(SF-36)were used to evaluate the pain levels,hip joint function and quality of life in the discharged patients at the end of the 1st,2nd and 3rd month respectively.Results:At the end of the 1st,2nd and 3rd month after discharge,the pain(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the hip joint function(Harris)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life(SF-36)scores at the time of discharge and at the end of the 3rd month were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The home rehabilitation training method can reduce the recent pain,improve hip joint function and improve the quality of life for elderly discharged patients after the first hip replacement.It is worthy to continue to explore the clinical rehabilitation program.
