摘要
穴位贴敷疗法是用药物制作敷贴,贴于相应的腧穴部位,达到缓解症状或治疗疾病的效果。此法方便简洁、安全直接、无创无痛对不肯服药和惧针儿童尤为适宜。该文主要介绍穴位贴敷疗法的概念,阐述了穴位贴敷疗法的作用原理,在此基础上回顾穴位贴敷疗法在儿科常见疾病中的应用,并总结穴位贴敷疗法在儿童群体实施过程中的护理要点和注意事项,以期为穴位贴敷疗法今后在儿科临床上的推广应用提供可参考的依据。
Acupoint application therapy is made with medicine and affixed to the corresponding acupoints to achieve the effect of relieving symptoms or treating diseases.This method is convenient,simple,safe,direct,non-invasive and painless,especially suitable for children who refuse to take medicine and are afraid of needles.The paper mainly introduced the concept of acupoint application therapy,expounded the function principle of acupoint application therapy,reviewed the application of acupoint application therapy in common pediatric diseases,and summarized the nursing points and matters needing attention in the implementation of acupoint application therapy in children,in order to provide a reference basis for the popularization and application of acupoint application therapy in pediatrics in the future.
