摘要
目的探讨经脐单切口多通道腹腔镜手术在肝胆外科中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院肝胆外科收治的10例患者(6例胆囊结石患者、4例肝脏S6段肿瘤患者)作为研究对象,均实施经脐单切口多通道腹腔镜切除术,观察治疗效果。结果 10例患者手术均成功,无病例中转传统腹腔镜或开腹手术,患者均未发生并发症,且对切口美容效果满意。结论经脐单切口多通道腹腔镜手术在肝胆外科中的应用效果显著,该术式无需特殊器械,不改变腔镜器械放置的三角关系,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of transumbilical single incision multi-channel laparoscopic surgery in hepatobiliary surgery department.Methods A total of 10 patients(6 patients with cholecystolithiasis,4 patients with S6 segment tumor of liver)admitted in hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients performed transumbilical single-incision multi-channel laparoscopic resection,the treatment effect was observed.Results All the 10 patients were successfully operated,and no cases were converted to traditional laparoscopy or laparotomy.All the patients had no symptoms and were satisfied with the cosmetic effect of the incision.Conclusion Transumbilical single incision multi-channel laparoscopic surgery has a significant application effect in hepatobiliary surgery department.This operation does not require special equipment,does not change the triangular relationship of laparoscopic instruments place,and has higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
