摘要
国土空间规划体系的建立、《交通强国建设纲要》的颁布,要求交通领域“多规融合”,承担起对上位规划的支撑作用。通过交通专项规划现状和趋势分析,从借鉴大城市交通规划编制经验入手,并按照大城市、大城市交通和大城市交通规划3个方面的特点递进佐证其合理性。以站在建立国土空间规划体系、交通强国和粤港澳大湾区等顶层设计交汇点的第三轮《广州市交通发展战略规划》为例,重点从品牌认同、基因融合、技术工具和多元语境4个方面介绍了广州市在交通专项规划编制上的创新和实践,以期能为交通专项规划的融合发展提供参考。
The establishment of a national land use and spatial plan system and the promulgation of the outline for the building China's Strength in Transportation require the"multi-regulation integration"in the transportation field to play a supporting role for higher-level planning.Based on the analysis of the current status and trend of the development of transportation special planning,planning integration can start from drawing on the experience of metropolitan transportation planning and draw on the characteristics of metropolitan,metropolitan transportation,and metropolitan transportation planning to prove its rationality.Meanwhile,taking the third round of Guangzhou's transportation strategic planning as an example,which located the top-level design intersections of the national land use and spatial plan system establishment,China's strength in transportation and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.It focuses on brand identity,gene integration,technology tools and multiple context.The innovations and practices of Guangzhou transportation special planning could provide a reference for the integration of transportation special planning.
