摘要
为筛选适合露地辣椒生产的化肥减施增效技术,以簇生朝天椒辣椒王和羊角椒卡宴为试材,通过追施沃森复合肥(CK)、沃森复合肥+喷施沼液叶面肥(T1)、根施沼渣腐殖酸冲施肥+喷施沼液叶面肥(T2)3种施肥处理,研究不同施肥处理对辣椒植株生长发育、果实品质和产量的影响。结果表明,辣椒王和卡宴T1处理的开展度、分枝数、果穗数量和SPAD均显著高于CK,增幅为2.71%~12.19%、15.80%~59.21%、17.17%~73.01%和6.78%~16.90%。2个品种T1和T2处理的株高比CK增长了1.54%~1.68%和4.43%~7.96%。辣椒王T1处理的横径和卡宴T1处理的横径均显著高于CK,增加了9.25%和5.44%,2个品种T2处理的果实厚度显著高于CK,增加了13.75%和11.48%。卡宴T2处理的所有内在品质指标含量、辣椒王T2处理的可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均显著高于CK,增加了23.17%、26.67%、25.78%、11.79%、36.89%、11.45%和31.94%、14.52%。卡宴T1处理的V C、辣椒王T1处理的V C、辣椒素和二氢辣椒素含量显著高于CK,增加25.59%、26.02%、26.5%和29.57%。辣椒王的T2和T1处理产量均最高,分别比对照高6.04%和5.87%,而卡宴的T1处理产量最高,其次是T2,分别比对照高36.23%和22.66%。表明追施沼渣沼液肥有效促进了辣椒的生长发育,在一定程度上实现了化肥减施增效的目的,提高了农业资源利用率,保护了生态环境。
In order to screen the fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology suitable for the production of field pepper,the clustered pod pepper Chili king and Capsicum frutescens Cayenne were used as test materials,through topdressing compound fertilizer(CK)Watson,Watson compound fertilizer+spraying biogas slurry foliar fertilizer(T1),the root of renewal humic acid washed fertilizer+spraying biogas slurry foliar fertilizer(T2),effect of different fertilizer treatments on the growth and fruit quality was studied.The development degree,number of branches,number of ears and SPAD of T1 in Chili king and Cayenne were significantly higher than those in CK,with increases of 2.71%-12.19%,15.80%-59.21%,17.17%-73.01%and 6.78%-16.90%.The plant heights of T1 and T2 increased by 1.54%-1.68%and 4.43%-7.96%compared with CK.Both the transverse diameter of Chili king T1 and Cayenne T1 were significantly higher than that of CK,increasing by 9.25%and 5.44%,and the fruit thickness of the two varieties T2 was significantly higher than that of CK,increasing by 13.75%and 11.48%.The contents of all internal quality indexes of Cayenne T2 and soluble sugar and protein contents of Chili king T2 were significantly higher than those of CK,increasing by 23.17%,26.67%,25.78%,11.79%,36.89%,11.45%,31.94%and 14.52%.The contents of Vc,capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in Cayenne T1 and Chili king T1 were significantly higher than those in CK,with increases of 25.59%,26.02%,26.5%and 29.57%.Both T2 and T1 yields of Chili king were the highest,6.04%and 5.87%higher than the control,respectively,while T1 yields of Cayenne were the highest,followed by T2,36.23%and 22.66%higher than the control.The results showed that the application of biogas residue and biogas slurry fertilizer effectively promoted the growth and development of pepper,realized the purpose of reducing fertilizer application and increasing efficiency to a certain extent,improved the utilization rate of agricultural resources,and protected the ecological environment.
