摘要 以3种不同配比的聚酯/黏胶混纺纱制备水刺非织造布。采用丙烯酸酯黏合剂,通过浸渍法将柠檬香精微胶囊黏附在水刺非织造布上,研究黏合剂质量分数、整理剂稀释倍数及浸渍时间对芳香整理非织造布表面香精含量的影响,比较不同质量比的聚酯/黏胶非织造布整理前后的面密度、厚度及拉伸性能的变化。结果表明:整理剂稀释倍数对芳香整理非织造布的表面香精含量的影响最大,其次是黏合剂质量分数,浸渍时间影响最小;整理后非织造布表面香精含量随黏胶纤维占比的增大而增多,其面密度和厚度随黏合剂质量分数、黏胶纤维占比的提高而增大,断裂强力增大,断裂伸长率减小。 Spunlaced nonwoven samples were prepared by using 3 different blend ratios of polyester/viscose yarn.The lemon fragrance microcapsules were adhered to the surface of spunlaced nonwovens by applying an acrylate adhesive in the impregnation method,and the adhesive mass fraction was studied.The effects of adhesive mass fraction,finishing agent dilution and impregnation time on the surface fragrance content after aromatic finishing on nonwoven samples were analyzed.The density,thickness and tensile properties of these nonwoven samples before and after aromatic finishing were compared.Results showed that the dilution ratio of finishing agent had the greatest influence on the surface fragrance content of aromatic finishing nonwovens,followed by the quality fraction of adhesive,and the impregnation time had the least influence.After finishing,the fragrance content on the surface of nonwovens increased with the increasing of the proportion of viscose fiber,the density and thickness increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of adhesive and the proportion of viscose fiber,the breaking strength increased,and the breaking elongation decreased.
