随钻感应式电能信号耦合装置测试实验平台

摘要 针对大直径随钻井下仪器系统中电能信号耦合装置测试需求,结合创新实验室现有条件,设计了以高精度示波器、电子电桥、程控电源、电子负载等为硬件核心的耦合装置测试实验平台。实验平台在上位机的控制下可以自动加载特定规律的电源和负载信号,自动记录全过程的采样数据和采样图片,可以连续测试高温、震动环境下耦合装置模块工作特性,自动判别耦合装置的测试结果。实验平台为学生对通信协议的学习及编程能力、动手能力的培养提供了难得的实践环境。 According to the testing requirements of the power signal coupling device in large-diameter downhole instrument system,and combined with the existing conditions of innovation laboratory,a coupling device testing experimental platform with high-precision oscilloscope,electronic bridge,program-controlled power supply,electronic load and other hardware cores is designed.Under the control of the upper computer,the experimental platform can automatically load the power supply and loading signals with specific rules,automatically record sampling data and sampling pictures in the whole process,continuously test the working characteristics of the coupling device module under high temperature and vibration environments,and automatically judge the test results of the coupling device.The experimental platform provides a rare practical environment for students to learn communication protocols and develop their programming ability and practical ability.
