摘要
创新资源在产业上的合理配置和集聚是实现产业创新驱动发展的关键,对推动珠三角及粤港澳大湾区的建设更是具有重要意义。基于"科教资源—知识产权—产业发展"的创新发展链条,文章构建了科教资源密集度、知识产权支撑力和产业竞争力等概念及评价指标体系,对科教资源和知识产权资源进行产业匹配,综合产业与空间视角,对珠三角地区的产业与创新发展的协同性进行定量分析。研究发现:珠三角地区的科教资源和知识产权资源均表现出明显的行业集聚性,但仅少数行业的科教资源、知识产权资源和产业发展属于高水平或中等水平协调类型,大部分行业的创新链条存在相对薄弱的环节;空间上不同城市的产业创新链条的协调关系各有差异,电子信息和电器机械在大部分城市的协调关系较好,汽车制造、化学制品、石油加工、医药制造则存在较多的引导型和需求型城市,即创新发展链条存在短板。建议珠三角地区针对不同行业和不同城市采取差异化的发展政策,加强区域内的资源流动和与外部的交流合作来推动产业的创新驱动发展。
There is a great practical significance to study the coordination between industry and innovation in promoting the development of the Pearl River Delta region and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Based on the innovation development chain of"technology and education-intellectual property-industry development",this paper constructs three evaluation index systems of industrial development competitiveness,technological and educational resources intensity,and intellectual property support.Then we matched the technological and educational resources to industries,as well as intellectual property resources.Through quantitative analysis,this paper compared different industries and studies the coordinated relationship between industry and innovation development in the Pearl River Delta from the perspective of industry and space.The results show as follows:the technological and educational resources,and intellectual property rights resources in the Pearl River Delta show obvious industrial agglomeration and jointly cultivate the advantageous industries in the region.Only a few industries’science and education resources,intellectual property resources and industrial development belong to the type of high-level or medium-level coordination,and the innovation chain of more industries has relatively weak parts.There are some differences in the coordination of industrial innovation chains in the cities.The coordination of electronic information and electrical machinery is better in most cities.There are more guide-oriented and demand-oriented cities in the industries of some other representative industries.Therefore,for different industries and cities,we need to adopt appropriate policies,and can also promote the innovation driven development of the whole region by strengthening the flow of resources in the region and the connection with the outside.
