不同水力压裂参数下砂岩起裂压力研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决坚硬顶板难垮难落问题,对紫砂岩进行定向水力压裂试验。选择长宽高均为300 mm的紫砂岩作为实验样品,利用真三轴实验机及压力传感器对紫砂岩进行压裂,记录注液压力随时间的变化曲线,根据岩石的压裂曲线将水力压裂过程分为(Ⅰ)孔隙注液阶段;(Ⅱ)岩石压裂阶段;(Ⅲ)岩石裂缝扩展阶段。通过对不同水平应力差及预制裂缝长度下紫砂岩的起裂压力进行分析,发现随着应力差的增大岩石的起裂压力呈现出减小的趋势。同样随着预制裂缝长度的增大,起裂压力逐渐降低。 In order to solve the problem of hard roof collapse and falling,the directional hydraulic fracturing test is carried out for sand rock.The sand rock with length,width and height of 300 mm is selected as the experimental sample.The sand rock is fractured with true triaxial testing machine and pressure sensor,and the change curve of injection pressure with time is recorded.According to the fracture curve,the hydraulic fracturing process is divided into(I)pore injection stage;(II)rock fracturing stage;(III)rock fracture expansion stage.Based on the analysis of the fracture initiation pressure of purple sandstone under different horizontal stress difference and prefabricated fracture length,it is found that the fracture initiation pressure of rock decreases with the increase of stress difference.Similarly,with the increase of the length of the prefabricated cracks,the initiation pressure decreases gradually.
