高职专业群的生态系统与进化机理研究 被引量:10

Study on the Ecosystem and Evolution Mechanism of Higher Vocational Major Groups

摘要 恰切的专业群布局与科学的专业群治理策略是“双高计划”建设的重要抓手。为系统科学地分析高职专业群的治理问题,本研究基于生态学及教育生态学的理论视角,运用扎根理论三级编码的方式构建了高职专业群生态系统的理论模型。研究发现,高职专业群生态系统主要由专业群内部系统与专业群外部环境系统组成,其中专业群内部系统可进一步分解为专业群个体、专业群种群、专业群群落等核心要素,专业群外部环境系统则主要由各级政府、行业企业、同区域各级各类院校、社会公众等外部主体组成。在知识更新和技术迭代的背景下,高职专业群生态系统遵循专业群个体的自我进化、专业群之间的竞合作用、专业群系统与外部环境系统协同进化的进化机理,使专业群系统在不同时空维度下保持动态平衡,获得可持续发展。 Appropriate professional group layout and scientific professional group development strategy are important starting points for the construction of“Double High Plan”.In order to systematically and scientifically analyze the governance problems of the vocational professional group,this study builds on the theoretical perspective of ecology and educational ecology and uses the three-level coding of grounded theory to construct a theoretical model of the vocational professional group ecosystem.The study found that the vocational professional group ecosystem is mainly composed of the internal system of the professional group and the external environment system of the professional group.The environmental system is mainly composed of external entities such as governments at all levels,industrial enterprises,various types of colleges and universities in the same region,and the public.In the context of knowledge update and technological iteration,the professional group ecosystem of vocational colleges follows the evolution mechanism of the self-evolution of individual individuals in the professional group,the competition and cooperation among the professional groups,and the coordinated evolution of the professional group system and the external environment system.Maintain a dynamic balance in different spatial and temporal dimensions to achieve sustainable development.
