摘要
目的分析按压特定按压点减轻肌肉注射疼痛的护理效果。方法在医院急诊科2019年5月—2019年7月收治肌肉注射患者中随机抽取150例,将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组75例,其中对照组患者在接受肌肉注射后进行常规护理,试验组患者在此基础上接受按压特定按压点减轻肌肉注射疼痛的护理方法(简称按压护理)。观察两组患者效果并进行比较。结果试验组患者的注射后重度、中度、轻度疼痛、无痛人数分别为3例(4.00%)、11例(14.67%)、51例(68.00%)、10例(13.33%),对照组患者的注射后重度、中度、轻度疼痛、无痛人数分别为15例(20.00%)、25例(33.33%)、35例(46.67%)、0例(0.00%),两组患者的无痛、轻度疼痛、中度疼痛以及重度疼痛差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科室中为接受肌肉注射的患者进行特定按压点按摩按压护理,能够极好的降低和缓解其因为肌肉注射产生的疼痛感,由此也能极好的提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of pressing the specific pressing point to relieve the pain of intramuscular injection.Methods 150 patients with intramuscular injection in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2019 to July 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing after intramuscular injection,and the patients in the experimental group received the nursing method of reducing the pain of intramuscular injection according to the specific pressing point(referred to as pressing Nursing).The effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The number of patients with severe,moderate,mild pain and painless after injection in the experimental group were 3 cases(4.00%),11 cases(14.67%),51 cases(68.00%)and 10 cases(13.33%),respectively.In the control group,the number of severe,moderate,mild pain and painless after injection were 15 cases(20.00%),25 cases(33.33%),35 cases(46.67%)and 0 case(0.00%),respectively There were significant differences in pain,moderate pain and severe pain(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency department for patients receiving intramuscular injection of massage pressure nursing,can be excellent to reduce and alleviate the pain caused by intramuscular injection,which can also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
