摘要
全球发展与生态资源的张力成为以资本逻辑为核心法则的全球化的谜题,发达资本主义国家为缓解矛盾作出生态污染转移、生态资源掠夺、生态责任空缺的行为,全球生态正义问题凸显。对此西方思想家将目光聚焦于资本主义制度:"绿色右翼"主张在资本主义制度框架内解决生态问题,"绿色左翼"认为必须突破资本主义制度在全球的"生态殖民"。两者或是囿于资本主义制度的修正主义,或是沉浸于对未来制度美妙幻想的乌托邦主义,都无法真正解决问题。马克思通过对资本主义制度的内在超越,并以现实的共产主义运动建构自由人联合体,实现"人和自然界之间、人和人之间的矛盾的真正解决",从而弥补了二者的理论不足,重塑了全球生态正义。在当今时代语境中,人类命运共同体所蕴含的生态维度正是对马克思关于全球生态正义理论的现实展开,并从全球发展方式、发展格局、发展价值等维度实际地践行着这一理论。
The tension between global development and ecological resources has become a puzzle of globalization with capital logic as the core law.Developed capitalist countries make ecological pollution transfer,ecological resource plunder and ecological responsibility vacancy to alleviate the contradiction,and the global ecological justice problem has become prominent.In this regard,western thinkers focus on the capitalist system:the"Green Right"advocates solving ecological problems within the framework of the capitalist system,while the"Green Left"believes that it is necessary to break through the"ecological colonization"of the capitalist system in the world.Neither revisionism,which is confined to the capitalist system,nor utopianism,which is steeped in the fantasy of a future system,can really solve the problem.By transcending the capitalist system and constructing the union of free persons with the realistic Communist movement,Marx realized"the real solution of the contradiction between man and nature and between man and man",thus making up for the deficiency of the two theories and reshaping the global ecological justice.In the context of the current era,the ecological dimension contained in the community of shared future for mankind is just the development of the reality of Marx’s theory of global ecological justice,and the practice of this theory from the dimensions of global development mode,development pattern and development value.
