胰岛素联合格列本脲片对妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响被引量：2

摘要选择2018年3月-2019年3月86例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇,盲法平均分为对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组加用格列本脲,妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、Hb A1c水平均较治疗前低,且观察组更低,(P<0.05);两组尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)及尿微量蛋白(m Alb)水平均较治疗前低,且观察组更低,(P<0.05);胎儿窘迫、剖宫产、继发感染发生率均较低,(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素联合格列本脲片可调节妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇血糖水平,未见不良妊娠结局。
