摘要
随着现代化企业的快速发展以及我国市场经济体制改革的推进,思想政治工作的重要性日益凸显。因此,在新形势下新思想、新情况不断出现,企业的思想政治工作必须紧跟时代的步伐,不断地探索和研究,从而将新时代企业思想政治工作提升到一个全新的高度。论文对新形势背景下创新思想政治工作的必要性进行分析,提出了新时代下企业开展思想政治工作的新策略,希望为企业当前的发展提供建议和帮助。
With the rapid development of modern enterprises and the promotion of the reform of China's market economy system,the importance of ideological and political work is increasingly prominent.Therefore,under the new situation,new ideas and new situations are constantly emerging.The ideological and political work of enterprises must keep up with the pace of the times,and constantly be explored and studied,so as to promote the ideological and political work of enterprises in the new era to a new height.This paper analyzes the necessity of innovating ideological and political work under the new situation,and puts forward new strategies for enterprises to carry out ideological and political work in the new era,hoping to provide suggestions and help for the current development of enterprises.
