摘要
为探讨PBL与急救护理情景模拟相结合的带教方法在急诊科护理实习生急救护理教学中的实际效果,研究团队于2019年6月至2020年1月选取了95名护理实习生,随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组50名实习生进行PBL与急救护理情景模拟相结合的护理带教法,对照组45名实习生接受常规的护理带教法。研究结果表明,接受了PBL与急救护理情景模拟综合课程培训的护理实习生,典型案例分析能力、急救技能操作以及培训效果(沟通教育能力、批判性思维能力、急救护理能力、学习能力和团队协作等)均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).
In order to explore the actual effect of PBL and emergency nursing scene simulation in the teaching of emergency nursing interns,the research team selected 95 nursing interns from June 2019 to January 2020,and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group,and conducted PBL and emergency nursing scenario simulation with 50 interns in the experimental group,45 interns in the control group received conventional nursing teaching instruction.The results showed that the nursing interns who have received the comprehensive course training of PBL and emergency nursing scenario simulation were better than the control group in typical case analysis ability,first aid skill operation and training effect(such as communication education ability,critical thinking ability,first aid nursing ability,learning ability and teamwork,etc.).(P<0.05 or P<0.01).
