摘要
目的:研究我国6个地区(北京、广州、杭州、天津、成都和上海)乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的应用现状及发展趋势。方法:根据销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)及增长情况,对2011—2017年上述6个地区乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的应用情况进行统计,并分析乳腺癌内分泌治疗用药的使用特点及变化趋势。结果:2011-2017年,上述6个地区参与本次处方分析项目医院的乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的销售金额由1 191.53万元增至3 406.93万元,增幅为186%;其中,来曲唑、阿那曲唑的销售金额占比排序始终居前2位;来曲唑、他莫昔芬及阿那曲唑的DDDs排序均居前3位;亮丙瑞林的DDC排序均居首位。结论:上述6个地区乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的处方量及销售金额整体上处于增长趋势;结合相关指南及共识,临床医师在制定药物治疗方案时,能够充分考虑用药的安全性、有效性和经济性,作出综合判断。
OBJECTIVE:To study the current situation and development trend of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer in 6 regions of China(Beijing,Guangzhou,Hangzhou,Tianjin,Chengdu and Shanghai).METHODS:The application of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer in the mentioned regions from 2011 to 2017 was statistically analyzed in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC)growth.And the characteristics of drug-use and changes of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer were analyzed.RESULTS:From 2011 to 2017,the consumption sum of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer in the mentioned regions participating in this prescription analysis project increased from 11915300 yuan to 34069300 yuan,with an increase of 186%.Among all drugs,letrozole and anastrozole dominated the top two places ranked by cumsumption,while DDDs of letrozole,tamoxifen and anastrozole ranked in the top 3,and DDC of leuprorelin took the lead.CONCLUSIONS:Prescription quantity and consumption sum of endocrine therapy drugs for breast cancer in 6 regions of China are on the rise as a whole.In combination with relevant guidelines and requirements for disease treatment,clinicians should make comprehensive judgment after fully considering the safety,efficacy and economy of drugs when formulate rational treatment plans.
