摘要
目的初步编制适用于评估我国的支气管哮喘患者需求问卷,并验证其信效度。方法通过半结构式访谈、文献分析和咨询专家的形式构建理论维度和问卷条目池。于2018年1-8月,选取在我院治疗的198例支气管哮喘患者进行调查,并分析问卷信效度。结果支气管哮喘患者需求问卷共有23个条目,划分为环境需求、心理社会需求、生理需求和健康相关行为需求4个维度,累积方差贡献率为67.3%。问卷各维度与“护理关怀行为需求问卷”各维度的Pearson相关系数为0.142~0.438(P<0.05);各条目的内容效度为0.667~1.000,总内容效度为0.906;Cronbach′sα系数为0.862~0.903,重测相关系数为0.694~0.802。结论支气管哮喘患者需求问卷具有较高的信效度和适用性,能够有效评估患者在环境、心理社会、生理和健康相关行为的基本需求。
Objective To develop a questionnaire to assess the basic needs for patients with bronchial asthma in China,and to verify its reliability and validity,so as to provide research ideas for assessing the needs of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods The theoretical dimension and item pool were constructed through semi-structured interviews,literature analysis and consultation experts.198 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January to August 2018 were investigated with questionnaires.The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were analyzed.Results There were 23 items in the bronchial asthma demand questionnaire,which could be divided into four dimensions:environmental needs,psychosocial needs,physiological needs and health-related behavioral needs.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.3%.The Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension of the questionnaire and each dimension of nursing care behavior demand was 0.142~0.438(P<0.05);the content validity of each item was 0.667~1.000,the total content validity was 0.906;the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.862~0.903,and the retest correlation coefficient was 0.694~0.802.Conclusion The reliability,validity and applicability of bronchial asthma needs questionnaire was relatively high,and can be used effectively to assess the basic needs of patients in environmental,psychological,physiological and health-related behaviors.
