摘要
为了研究沥青路面层间黏结现场检测评价方法,以某新建道路层间黏结检测为依托,进行了不同温度下的拉拔强度和直剪强度室内试验,分析了二者之间的相关性以及与温度的相关性,并通过实体工程进行了检测结果验证。结果显示:随着温度升高,拉拔强度、直剪强度均呈现显著减小趋势;3种不同防水黏结材料的黏结强度从大到小依次为橡胶沥青>SBS改性沥青>环氧改性沥青;不同黏结材料的拉拔强度、直剪强度与温度具有较好的指数函数相关性,且拉拔强度与直剪强度具有良好的线性相关性。
This paper studies the on-site detection and evaluation method of asphalt pavement interlayer bonding.Based on the detection of a newly built high-speed interlayer bonding,the test results of pull-out strength and direct shear strength at different temperatures,which are analyzed through laboratory tests,are verified on the actual engineering test results.The results show that the drawing strength and direct shear strength decrease significantly with the increase of temperature.The order of bond strength provided by three different waterproof bonding materials is:rubber asphalt>SBS modified asphalt>epoxy asphalt.The drawing strength and direct shear strength of different bonding materials have good exponential function correlation with temperature.The drawing strength and direct shear strength have good linear correlation.
