摘要
在水利工程中,造价管控环节所起的作用至关重要。但其中也存在一定的问题,需进一步加强对造价全称的管控,以此来更好地利用的资金、增大工程建设的经济效益。为此,从水利工程角度,分析了造价全过程管控的现实意义,并针对其中的问题,提出了有效的解决措施。
In water conservancy projects,the role played by cost control links is crucial.However,there are certain problems,and it is necessary to further strengthen the control of the full name of the cost,so as to better use the funds and increase the economic benefits of the project construction.To this end,from the perspective of water conservancy projects,the practical significance of the whole process of cost control is analyzed,and effective solutions are proposed for the problems.
