基于BIM的管线改迁模拟技术

摘要 在地铁车站施工过程中,常会涉及管线改迁和就地保护工作。近年来计算机辅助设计技术的蓬勃发展,借助BIM建筑信息模型,以仿真方式形象展现地下管线的埋深、位置、规格形状、走向等信息,结合地铁施工各阶段的场地布置情况、维护及主体结构位置、施工工艺流程、基坑范围及深度、周边建筑物与构筑物情况、道路交通等信息,在管线迁改施工前就能综合考虑各种因素的影响,科学安排各阶段施工的管线迁改和保护计划,使地铁车站施工更加智能化,便于管理。 In the construction process of Metro station,it often involves the alteration of pipeline and local protection.In recent years,with the vigorous development of computer-aided design technology,BIM building information model is used to visualize the buried depth,location,shape and direction of underground pipelines in a simulation way.Combining with the site layout at various stages of subway construction,maintenance and main structure location,construction process,scope and depth of foundation pit,surrounding buildings and structures,road conditions,etc.Through such information,before the pipeline relocation and construction,the influence of various factors can be considered comprehensively,and the pipeline relocation and protection plan for each stage of construction can be arranged scientifically.It makes the construction of metro station more intelligent and easy to manage.
