摘要
耳鸣属于中医临床常见病、难治病,随着现代生活节奏的加快、饮食作息方式等的改变,其病因病机趋于复杂化,临床治疗也愈显棘手,其中痰瘀互结型也逐渐成为耳鸣治疗的关注点。笔者通过临床观察,发现痰瘀互结、阻塞耳窍是耳鸣发病的复杂病机之一,故本文从痰瘀致病角度综述耳鸣病因病机及治法方药,冀以为痰瘀互结型耳鸣的临床辨证施治提供思路。
Tinnitus is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.With the acceleration of the pace of modern life and the changes in the way of diet and rest,the etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus tend to be complicated,and the clinical treatment becomes more and more troublesome.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has gradually become the focus and hotspot of clinical chronic and complicated diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Through clinical observation,the author found that internode of phlegm and stasis and obstruction of otorrhea were more and more common in tinnitus.Therefore,this paper summarized the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of tinnitus from the perspective of internode of phlegm and stasis,so as to provide ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of internode of phlegm and stasis tinnitus.
