摘要
目的观察金水宝胶囊联合福辛普利钠片对慢性肾炎患者肾功能、血液流变学及血浆血栓素B-2(TXB2)和内皮素(ET)的影响。方法选择2015年8月至2017年8月在本院收治的慢性肾炎患者84例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例,对照组给予福辛普利钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用金水宝胶囊治疗,两组均持续治疗8周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标、血液流变学指标、血浆TXB2、ET水平,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率[92.86%(28/42)]显著高于对照组[66.67%(39/42)](P<0.05);治疗后两组24 h尿蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿红细胞计数(RBC)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血浆TXB2、ET水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊联合福辛普利钠片治疗慢性肾炎患者,可有效提高患者肾功能,改善血液流变学,降低.血浆TXB2、ET水平。
Objective To observe the influence of Jinshuibao capsule combined with fosinopril sodium tablets on renal function,hemorheology and plasma thromboxane B-2(TXB2)and endothelin(ET)in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods Eighty four cases of chronic nephrtis patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table,forty-two cases in each group,all patients were given basic treatment,the control group was given fosinopril sodium tablets,the treatment group was given Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical efficacy and the renal function indexes,blood rheology indexes,plasma TXB2 and ET levels be-fore and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 92.86%,sigmificantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05),the two group of 24 h urinary protein(24hU Pro),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),urine red blood cell count(RBC)levels after treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The fbrinogen,platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity levels of two groups after treatment were significantly re-duced(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma TXB2 and ET in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sions Jinshuibao capsule combined with fosinopril sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis patients can effectively improve the renal function,improve hemorheology,and reduce plasma TXB2 and ET l
